Нусипова Лятифа Багдатовна

Born February 6, 1971, in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. A citizen of Kazakhstan, married
to a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Graduated from School No. 30 in Almaty. In 2002,
she graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University with a law degree. In 2021,
she received a master's degree. In 1991, she worked at the Institute of State and Law and
the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a senior
specialist in the department of legal problems of economics, inspector, and then senior
inspector of the production and administrative department. From 1996 to 2008, she worked at
the Kazakh University of Humanitarian Law as a specialist and leading methodologist. From
2008 to 2022, she worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Theory and History of
State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law at KazNU and concurrently as a lecturer
and senior lecturer in the same department. From 2022 to 2024, she continued working in the
same department as a senior lecturer. From 2024 to the present, she has worked as a senior
lecturer in the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law of the Faculty of
Law. She has been actively involved in public and academic activities for many years. From
2019 to 2022, she served as a legal consultant to the Almaty Law Chamber of Al-Farabi Kazakh
National University.
I am the author of over forty scientific papers, including two monographs (co-authored), two
textbooks, and two articles published in the Scopus database. From 2013 to 2017, she served
on working groups on fundamental research at the Ministry of Education and Science of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (under the leadership of S.S. Sartayev and A.S. Ibrayeva), and from
2023 to 2025, she was a member of the working group of the grant research project of the
Ministry of Higher Education (under the leadership of E.K. Nurpeysov).
For her professional activities, she was awarded the Al-Farabi Atyndagy KazU - 80 Years
Medal (2016), the Eren Enbegi Ushin Medal of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2021),
and the Bilim Take Isinin Medal of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(2024).
